Dapra Corp. has opened a new Technology and Production Center (TPC) in Macomb, Michigan. This facility supports its business unit with a focus on indexable milling. The transition of its production operations and equipment to the space has been completed and has achieved full operation.

This latest investment expands the company's capabilities to design, test and manufacture high-performance indexable cutting tools, the company says. The facility features a hands-on training facility and houses Dapra’s key production processes. In the future, this facility will also provide improved logistics for Dapra’s channel partners.

“This new location allows us to better align our services with our customers’ demands and new market opportunities in a rapidly changing cutting tool landscape,” says Dapra Corp.’s CEO Shawn Lawlor. “It also allows us to not only showcase but expand Dapra’s manufacturing and engineering capabilities. It is an important step forward for our business.”
