Comat Technologies Opens U.S. Operations
The Italian company has served the superfiltration and high-precision mechanical sectors in Europe for more than 25 years prior to opening its business in Virginia.
Superfiltration company Comat Technologies Inc. has officially opened operations in the United States. The company was incorporated in Vienna, Virginia, and will focus sales operations in the Midwest and Northeast regions of the United States. The Italian company has operated in the high-precision mechanical sector in Europe for more than 25 years. After installing machines in the United States, Comat recognized a demand for its systems in the North American market.
George D. Brown, vice president of marketing and operations, will lead the company’s North American operations. He has more than 30 years of experience in machining and manufacturing.
