Bulova Technologies Creates Machine Tool Importer
A new machine tool importing company will distribute equipment to the United States and Canada.
Bulova Technologies Group (Tampa, Florida) has formed Bulova Technologies Machinery LLC, an importer of machine tools and related equipment. The newly created company will be headquartered in Sanford, Florida, with facilities in Tampa and Branchburg, New Jersey, to distribute equipment throughout the United States and Canada.
Michael J. Perfetti has been named vice president and chief operating officer of the new compan. He most recently served as division president and chief financial officer of Scandia Technologies. Robert Morrison has been appointed vice president of sales. He previously held this position with another company, and has experience as owner and president of a machine tool distributorship.
