Bourn & Koch Appoints Several Senior Managers
The new appointees include President, CFO, VP of Sales and Marketing, and Engineering Manager.
Bourn & Koch Inc. (Rockford, Illinois) has announced several changes to its management team. Terry V. Derrico has been named president; Kerry Koch, CFO; Greg Champion, vice president of sales and marketing; and Peter Mischler, engineering manager.
Mr. Derrico, who was most recently president and CEO of United Grinding North America, brings more than 30 years of industry and leadership experience. Prior to joining Bourn & Koch, he was a group president within the Industrial Group at The Marmon Group LLC, a division of Berkshire-Hathaway Inc., and president and CEO of SIG-Pack Inc. He also spent 10 years at GE FANUC as National Sales Manager, where he is said to have built significant growth and developed key markets in North America.
Mr. Koch brings more than 30 years of finance experience, including a background in highly engineered equipment, and experience in mergers and acquisitions. He was most recently the CFO of Elgin Equipment Group LLC.
Mr. Champion has sales and marketing experience from his tenure with Rockford, Illinois-based Hennig Inc. He is also the former VP of sales for Mattison Technologies Co. (Bourn & Koch is the OEM for Mattison.)
Coming with an engineering background, Mr. Mischler was previously development engineering manager at Fives Cincinnati and also worked for Ingersoll. He holds eight U.S. patents created for machine tool applications.
