Big Kaiser Launches Redesigned Website
Big Kaiser has launched a redesigned website to improve the online customer experience.
Big Kaiser has launched its revamped website, bigkaiser.com. The site’s design follows the company’s High Performance Tooling Solutions catalog, and it is meant to promote corporate branding and improve customers’ online experience.
The site includes product information to help visitors understand the company’s range of tooling solutions. The downloads feature allows customers to access product catalogs, manuals, DXF drawings and STEP models. If customers want to check product inventory and order tracking, they can do so though the interactive tools feature. There is also a video gallery to see products in action.
“We are excited about our new website and the information it provides for our current and prospective customers,” says President and CEO Chris Kaiser. “Developed with the user experience in mind, our team has worked hard to get it up and running, and we believe the new site will allow our visitors to quickly find the information they need.”
The website will be updated on a regular basis with online content such as product releases, technical tips and events. The Cut to the Chase blog also has a new look and is regularly updated with company news, articles and insights.
