Big Kaiser Breaks Ground on New Headquarters
Cutting tool manufacturer Big Kaiser Precision Tooling recently began construction of a new corporate headquarters in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The new facility, which will be nearly three times larger than the company’s current headquarters, will be used for administration, application engineering, inventory, testing and training.

Cutting tool manufacturer Big Kaiser Precision Tooling recently began construction of a new corporate headquarters in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The new facility, which will be nearly three times larger than the company’s current headquarters, will be used for administration, application engineering, inventory, testing and training.
A 5,000-square-foot showroom will feature tooling and demonstration displays from the company’s complete product line-up. In-house machining centers will allow the showroom to double as a resource center for customer demonstrations and training. The facility will also house a high-tech classroom for advanced product training and presentations. More than 10,000 square feet will be devoted to warehouse space, with an additional 10,000 square feet available to accommodate future growth.
