Arch Global Precision Acquires Voisard Tool

Arch Global Precision (Livonia, Michigan) has acquired Voisard Tool (Russia, Ohio) as part of its focus on precision-machined components and cutting tools. Voisard is a manufacturer of carbide cutting tools including high-performance and standard end mills, step drills, coolant-fed drills and other special carbide cutting tools.

Arch President and CEO Eli Crotzer says that the acquisition represents his company’s biggest to date. The company will continue producing Voisard’s products in Russia, Ohio, where it has been located for over 50 years. Voisard’s owners, Gene and Pam Voisard, are entering retirement.
