American Wera Changes Name, Now GMTA

American Wera is now officially renamed German Machine Tools Of America (GMTA). The company continues to represent various German metalworking machine builders, including Profilator, Pittler, Praewema, WMZ and MAE. These machines are sold for gear and spline production, vertical turning, flexible machining solutions (blank to finish part solutions), as well as bar, pipe and tube straightening and wheelset pressing.
