Allied Machine & Engineering Acquires Criterion

Allied Machine & Engineering (Dover, Ohio) has acquired Criterion Machine Works of Costa Mesa, California. The acquired company will be known as Criterion Allied and will continue to supply its modular boring system products. Allied’s technical group of field sales engineers will service end users and distribution. No immediate changes are planned for either company’s distribution systems, order procedures or manufacturing processes.
