ABB Board Proposes New Chairman
The company’s board unanimously nominated its new leader.
Peter Voser has been nominated to serve as the next chairman of ABB’s (Zurich, Switzerland) board of directors. Hubertus von Grünberg, current chairman, and board member Michael Treschow both decided not to stand for re-election to the board at the company’s annual general meeting. As a result, the board unanimously nominated Mr. Voser to succeed Mr. Grünberg. Shareholders will vote on the proposed changes on April 30. ABB board members are elected for one-year terms.
