Royal’s Rota-Rack is designed to collect finished parts as they come off a CNC lathe.
Royal’s Rota-Rack is designed to collect finished parts as they come off a CNC lathe. A user enters the part’s cycle time and degree of turntable rotation via a PLC controller. As finished parts come out of the lathe, they drop onto a conveyor and move to the rotating turntable. As the turntable indexes, parts are moved and eventually collected in the center of the unit via a spiral turntable design.
