Leaders-In background

Podcasts offer a wealth of content on almost any topic — from manufacturing (like Made in the USA) to cooking, sports, movies, music, cars, true crime and more. But finding and listening to podcasts can be more difficult than other media types such as video links or articles. The extra effort can be well worth it though to get free access to thousands of hours of content.

How Do I Listen to a Podcast?

Most people listen to podcasts on mobile devices like smartphones or tablets. Both iPhone and Android phones have a built-in application to find and listen to podcasts. You can also listen to podcasts on your computer. Most series will have a way to listen directly from their site, or you can find podcasts on streaming services like Spotify and iTunes or even on an Amazon echo.

Where Are the Podcasts I Want to Listen to?

Every podcast service has a search tool. It works exactly like searching on the internet. Just type in the name of the show you want — for example, “Made in the USA” — or a topic that you are interested in. You will get a list of results that match your search. Click on any of them to see details about the show and start listening.

What Is Subscribing?

Subscribing to a podcast is a great way to stay up to date on the latest episodes. Once you are subscribed, new episodes will automatically appear in your list to listen to. As an added benefit, most services will also start suggesting other series you might like based on your subscriptions.

That’s it. Head to your phone’s podcast application or another streaming service and get started today!
