Milestone for Multisensor Measuring System
OGP has shipped its 5,000th SmartScope Flash multisensory measuring system.
Optical Gaging Products says the first customer for its “SmartScope Flash” multisensor measuring system—an optical measuring system that also supports touch probe, laser scanning and micro-probe measurement—was Stanadyne of Windsor, Connecticut. That was in 1999. Recently, OGP shipped its 5,000th unit of this measuring system to a large Swiss watch-making group.
