AdvantEdge FEM version 5. 2 material-based modeling software from Third Wave Systems reduces the number of design iterations and gets products to market more quickly, the company says. The software features improved DXF meshing and selective refinement of 2D models, parametric double-angle point standard drill geometry, expanded tapping capability and tool and workpiece 3D visualization within the user interface.
