Diebold’s 3Dpro edge finder from Bilz Tool accepts 3-mm over-travel in each direction to prevent breaking.

One highlight of the AgiesCharmilles Cut E 350 is its large-touchscreen human-machine interface (HMI) with Intelligent Collision Protection, built-in machining strategies and flexible job management.

The dual heads on this sinker EDM from Makino are individually controlled for improved productivity for large molds.

MC Machinery Systems’ EA12PS sinker EDM is equipped with the company’s Fuzzy-Pro 3 Plus on its Fuzzy-Logic control to improve work in no-flush machining.

The C600iB pictured here is one of several wire EDMs in the FANUC RoboCut α-CiB series from Methods Machine Tools, so called for its controller, which enables remote monitoring of as many as 32 such machines for consumables, efficiency, uptime and maintenance.
