Flow says its Dynamic Waterjet XD features 3D waterjet cutting technology that uses SmartStream technology for higher accuracy and faster cutting. The versatile waterjet enables manufacturers to cut a variety of intricate designs using 3D cutting and complex beveling, the company says. The waterjet provides 60 degrees of motion to increase accuracy, speed and flexibility.
The 3D advancements have been integrated with the core benefits of the company’s original Dynamic Waterjet technology, which virtually eliminates taper and other errors found on waterjet-cut parts.
Available on the Mach 4 series of waterjet machines, the company’s easy-to-use software models enable users to point and click to program the waterjet to cut any intricate shape, including 3D parts and bevel edges, the company says.
