Alpha Workholding’s Eagle Lift (EL) series offers lifting capacities in five sizes ranging from 250 lbs to 5,000 lbs.
The permanent magnetic lifter turns on or off by swinging the handle, which locks in both positions. The lifter is said to immediately release the part when turned to the off position. The customized design offers “Test Talons,” an additional test position. Moving the handle to the test position allows the users to undertake a trial lift, when the feasibility of the load is unknown. No shims to be loosened or extra tools are needed. If the lifter successfully lifts the part, it can be situated to the on position.
