One of the company’s machines, the Model 100C, is routinely employed by medical twist drill manufacturers for point grinding. This particular model can grind as many as 500 drills per hour, and maintain concentricity to 0.0005". In addition, operators can drills with diameters ranging in size from 1/16" to 1 ½".
Also offered is the company’s Model 560 tool analyzer, which is available in three models—the 560 Scope, the 560 DRO and the 560 Video.
