The T/TM series of turning centers, available from VDF Boehringer, an FFG company, provides a solution for high-volume production automotive OEMs, tier suppliers, and manufacturers and job shops performing medium- and small-batch size production. The range of applications covers shafts and chuck parts. According to the company, the platform enables a boost in productivity with auxiliary capacities and functions for complete machining of complex parts.
The construction provides stability, allowing for complex and simultaneous machining operations. The beds are made of polymer concrete to provide maximum rigidity and damping. Linear roller guides promote precision and long service life.
