Leaders-In background

Unison will demonstrate techniques for tubular parts fabrication on an all-electric tube-bending machine capable of bending tubes and pipes as large as 3.5" in diameter. Equipped with a quick-change tooling system to speed tooling change-overs, the system is said to increase throughput and quality. The system is well-suited for companies producing high-value-added tubular parts, particularly those that manufacture parts to demand and in small batches. The machine also features mechanical architecture and control software improvements to reduce handling time and movement of the tooling. Automatic collision-checking software that enables users to simulate offline and optimize bending programs is also available.
