Leaders-In background

Kwik Mark’s Tag Master 3 magazine tag transfer feeder is designed to prevent tags from escaping from the bottom of a magazine. It features a vertical magazine that “lifts” tags to the top of the feeder. There are no escapements nor a “coin change” mechanism to jam.

The transfer system accommodates tags with course-cut/bent edges in a variety of thicknesses. The feeder features a solid steel support block at the marking station. No “push- type” escapement is required. It is designed for increased change-over speed when using tags of different sizes and thicknesses, and no change-over tooling is required.

The system also is available with a print queue driver that enables multiple users to download features such as job menus, variables and quantities. It also is expandable to other processes such as sorting and re-stacking.
