Tungaloy America’s T9100 steel turning series features CVD and PremiumTec coating for a highly polished cutting surface. The surface is said to add greater lubricity, which reduces adhesion and improves chip flow. In addition, a pre-coat bonding technology improves tool life.
The T9125 grade is designed for general-purpose turning applications, and the T9115 grade is designed for semi-roughing and finishing applications at higher speeds. The T9100 series is available with TSF, TM, AR, S, TH and PS chip breakers.
