The Tecnifor XF500 stand-alone marking machine is said to be easy to use for marking virtually all types of materials and shapes ranging to a hardness of 62 HRC. The machine features an integrated control unit, which operates without a computer interface.
Designed to be hand loaded, the machine requires no installation or on-site training. The large display offers a backlit preview screen that allows the operator to view the text or graphic before printing for enhanced productivity, the company says. The machine is designed for data input via barcode scanners or other devices through the USB, RS232 or Ethernet ports.
The machine is available with pneumatic or electromagnetic styli and offers a marking area of 100 × 120 mm. Expandable and modular, the machine can be equipped with a rotary device for marking around cylindrical parts or a tag feeder to automatically mark and feed tags as needed.
