Stacker Lifts 3,000 lbs

The PowerStak Model PPS-3000-AS from Presto Lifts is a compact, heavy-duty stacker offering a 3,000-lb capacity with a 24" load center. A two-stage telescopic mast enables the stacker to lift loads as high as 125" and service racks as high as 10 ft.

The system’s handle keeps controls within the operator’s reach for comfort and convenience. Forward- and reverse-drive switches are located on both sides of the handle to accommodate left- or right-hand operation. A “turtle” speed setting reduces drive speed by 50 percent for more precise positioning control when working in tight quarters. An auto-reversing belly switch protects operators from potential injury when walking the unit backwards, and an automatic brake halts travel when the drive/steering handle is released. The stacker also features a key switch, horn and e-stop.

The electrical system includes a controller and contactors. Power is delivered to the 1.5-kW motor by two sealed, 150 amp-hr. AGM batteries, and the heavy-duty built-in charger has fuse protection and a rugged casing. A battery discharge indicator alerts operators to recharge the unit. Solid steel straddle legs provide rigidity and stability and can be adjusted from an inside dimension of 40 ¹/₈" to 50" to accommodate virtually any type of pallet or skid, even closed-bottom. Adjustable forged-steel forks are 42" long.
