Designed for CNC and conventional machines, the toolholders position the insert at 30°, 45° or 60° angles for reliefs, undercuts and angled OD and face grooves. Square shank sizes are available in 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 1".
The square angled toolholders are for use with Thinbit inserts in grades for ferrous and nonferrous materials. Inserts are available in sizes ranging from 0.004" to 0.150" in 0.001" increments, and uncoated or coated with TiN, TiAlN, TiCN or diamond film.
