Full automation of CNC programming for families or parts and features is possible with full tool path to solid model associativity and an expanded application programming interface (API) suite. The suite consists of a variety of APIs, including one that interprets product and manufacturing information data to automate portions of designs and reducing manual programming.
The program features a G code machine simulator for creating “first time right” programs for turn-mill and other multi-axis machines. Its close integration with SolidWorks enables it to store CAM data within the SolidWorks part file to reduce file management. An enhanced user interface is designed to improve productivity.
