The ProShop shop management program from Adion Systems suits Industry 4.0 practitioners and small and medium-sized manufacturers, according to the company. ProShop offers an integrated set of modules for managing shops’ typical ERP operations.
In addition to “front office” capabilities such as estimating, quoting and purchasing, the software also features MES and QMS control, monitoring and collection capabilities. MES functions include tracking machine utilization, cutting tool management, media-rich work instructions, part inspection data and integration with coordinate measuring machine data. QMS functions include ISO-9000, AS9100, API and ISO 13485, which enable standards, equipment, users, training, audit reports, non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
