An Impression length ruler, which aids users in determining the proper character sizes that best suit their marking requirements, is now available. This gage facilitates determination of the impression lengths directly in the areas to be marked, without the need of a separate ruler and accompanying calculations.
The ruler contains 18 separate scales corresponding to numbering heads on one side and 11 scales corresponding to type holders on the reverse side. The scales are printed in actual character sizes and styles to further assist in the selection process.
