Sized to handle metal sheets, pipes, tubes, I-beams, channels and angles, the standard machine is capable of processing parts ranging from 2 to 14 ft. wide. It offers roller conveyor speeds ranging from 1.6 to 13 fpm, while high-performance systems offering speeds ranging to 24.5 fpm also are available. Custom blast turbine configurations ensure optimum blast results for thin-gauge aluminum, as well as heavy steel profiles and slabs. The machine width and the number and location of blast turbines can be customized based on the workpiece size and production speed.
