Marathon, part of the Orbitform group, offers the Mini-Z personal weld cell as a flexible alternative to repetitive manual welding applications. Useful as a stand-alone option for short-run shops, the unit can also be integrated into large-scale production operations. It features a small footprint for ease of mobility and accessibility for tooling change-overs. With a work window measuring 24" × 16", the welder comes with a Kawasaki robot and turnkey tooling and fixturing. Other features include Teach Pendant controls, a Fronius weld control, 3D weld-path monitoring and DeviceNet options.
