View MoreGlobal Shop Solutions’ enhanced GS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool simplifies how manufacturers file and access customer and prospect information. The redesigned tool is fully integrated with the company’s One-System ERP Solution. Unlike traditional CRM tools, this is a single-screen module that cross-connects all shop aspects, enabling users to find key customer, prospect and vendor information in a single entry point. The tool can also sort by vertical and can connect to databases, making it a good marketing and sales resource, the company says.
The tool provides access to all customer information (names, titles, and contact info), e-mail history, situation-specific workflows and service requests. It also tracks new sales tied to prospects or customers, forecasts the sale close date and researches the sale dollars, type of sale and shipping date. The software drills down to access accounts receivable information, sales history, RMAs, schedules and more. Finally, it documents customer preferences, quality issues and other information used to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
