Shop Floor Automations (SFA) will display its cloud-based machine monitoring and data collection software, DataXchange, which uses MT Connect as one of the data collection methods. The process control software can collect information from a range of modern machine tools as well as offer native support for FANUC Focas and hardware options for older machine tools, welders, coordinate measuring and manual machines.

The software features cloud technology deployable either as a SaaS (Software as a Service) or On Premise program. Other features include a configurable, real-time dashboard, email notifications, mobile apps, along with the ability to track multiple definitions of cycle time concurrently for each machine. Real-time analytics on incoming data eases decision making and allows for immediate changes.
