RealVision’s Real Preventative Maintenance (RPM) is designed for ease of integration and affordability for large and small businesses. The maintenance scheduling and equipment management program can track all equipment costs, service parts, inventory and maintenance schedules. A purchasing function eases inventory control and provides the ability to order outside maintenance services. The work order system not only facilitates the collection of scheduled maintenance information, labor and materials, but also handles all unplanned and emergency services, the company says.

The program is designed to reduce equipment downtime and repairs while maximizing equipment reliability and overall efficiency. Users can select options specific to their maintenance needs. According to the company, the user interface on the RPM system is easy to learn and use.

Other features include the ability to track equipment information and status; provide multi-BOM (bill of materials) comparison and life tracking; track logging of parts and equipment in/out; enable work-order scheduling, labor-time reporting and scheduling, purchasing, and barcoding; cloud compute; and more.
