Lach Diamant’s Dia-Blue-Power PCD cartridge milling line cutter extends the capabilities of the company‘s PCD monoblock design for a range of applications. Although the monoblock milling cutters with brazed cutting edges are available in diameters as large as 100 mm, the cartridge-style dia-blue-power version offers diameters ranging from 125 to 450 mm. This cutter can achieve feed rates as high as 30 m/min. to enable high-speed edge- and face-milling operations on nonferrous metals and composite materials.
