Palmgren Delivers Powerful Precision Drill Press
The 25" Power Feed Gear Head Drill Press’ gear drive transmission reportedly delivers full power at any speed, driving the cutting tools at nearly 100% of the available motor horsepower.
Palmgren’s 25" Power Feed Gear Head Drill Press is said to combine power with precision to handle virtually any drilling application. The drill’s gear drive transmission reportedly delivers full power at any speed, driving the cutting tools at nearly 100% of the available motor horsepower.
The drill press features helical ground gears that are said to ensure positive, quiet operation and to make speed changes. The drill has a wide speed range to make large to small diameter holes fast and easy. In addition, the clear adjustable chuck and spindle guard offers added protection to the operator throughout the drilling cycle.
Recently the 100-year-old Palmgren, a C.H. Hanson brand, and Arboga of Sweden entered into a joint venture to offer high quality drilling machines throughout North America. Palmgren is the exclusive North American joint venture partner for Arboga and its line of drills. Founded in 1932, Arboga is said to be the oldest Swedish manufacturer of drill presses and has sold more than 650,000 units worldwide.
