The Model AF-1000 is a standard 1,000ºF universal oven designed for cleaning and heat-treating fuel nozzles. Available from Grieve, the oven has workspace dimensions of 24" × 36" × 24", and its Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements can output 24 kW of power. A 1,000-fm, 3/4-hp recirculating blower provides a front-to-back horizontal “universal” airflow to surround the workload.
Able to accommodate as many as seven shelves on 3" centers, the oven features 8" thick insulated walls and an aluminized steel interior and exterior. It is equipped with a digitally indicating temperature controller; a manual-reset excess temperature controller with separate heating element control contactors; a recirculating blower airflow safety switch; and a UL Listed control panel that is top-mounted to reduce floorspace requirements.
