The Reven Recojet-1 is a vortex oil-mist separation system that requires no filter replacement. With lightweight construction and compact design, it is suited for a variety of applications, including machining centers, CNC lathes, Swiss-type CNC lathes, EDMs and cutter grinders. According to the company, the filter system is sound-attenuated for quiet operation, and its design mitigates noise, vibration, low separation efficiency and other inherent problems of centrifugal systems. The UC-C series features a small footprint and is coupled with the X-Zyklon separation system, which is said to eliminate the need for filters in general applications. A high flow rate makes the series suitable for large machines. The UC-Electro series features single, double or triple built-in electrostatic modules. The formation of ozone is eliminated by modules with low operating voltages in the 6,000- to 7,000-V range.
