The SL2.090 nitrogen gas spring two-post lifter is now available from Dadco. Useful for progressive dies, the lifter has a 25-mm profile. Its modular nature is meant to ease installation.
The rail plate is offered with metric or imperial mounting and dowel holes or unfinished for customization. The lifter’s force is made possible by the company’s Micro 90 gas spring, which is available in 38-mm to 150-mm stroke lengths. Force on contact varies from 40 lbs to 200 lbs, and this may be adjusted to meet individual requirements.
