Leaders-In background

The RMC150E CPU module works with manufacturer Delta Computer Systems’ RMC100 Series I/O modules and is programmed with the company’s RMCTools software. Useful for fluid power and electric servo motion control applications, the module can handle as many as eight synchronized axes. It can also accommodate as many as eight dual-loop position-pressure/force axes and reference axes.

The motion interfact modules can be arranged in two-, four-, six- or eight-axis configurations. The built-in 10/100Mbit Ethernet port frees a module slot for expanded discrete I/O, while a USB port provides a programming connection. The unit’s software features flexible user programs with various commands, including mathematical expressions complementing setup wizards, tuning wizards and a plot manager for visual or graphical diagnostics.
