As the latest addition to the popular NJ/NX machine automation controller family, the NX1 is a palm-sized device that brings advanced control to compact machines and enables effortless integration with information utilization, quality control and safety.
In this age of flexible manufacturing where requirements shift constantly, data is far too valuable to ignore. This is true even when data processing threatens to slow down the control cycle. The NX1 addresses this major challenge by making secure data transfer (OPC UA server/SQL) easily available at the machine level and keeping productivity high with a unique multicore technology.
The NX1 contains all the following features within its sleek, 66 mm-wide design:
