Leaders-In background

For friction-free tap applications for horizontal and vertical CNC machining processes such as mills and lathes, the Oily provides cutting oil injection directly into the drilling hole of the workpiece prior to tapping. According to the company, you don’t have to interrupt the CNC machining process to manually lubricate the bore hole.

The tool provides uninterrupted and safe tapping of your CNC-programmed drilling and counter sinking of the metalworking part.

Use CNC programmed positioning of the injector tip to provide micro lubrication of the entire borehole upon contact.

The Oily can hold 100 mL of cutting oil serving 5,000 boreholes 3 mm and becomes just another tool in the CNC toolchanger. It also increases tap longevity and CNC process safety.
