Sanborn Technologies offers a line of nanofiltration (NF) membrane systems for recycling the rinse water from dye penetrant inspection stations. The NF systems are completely automated for ease of use and simple maintenance, the company says. A system can be installed in small inspection areas and requires less than 40 sq. ft. of floor space. Designs range from 500 to 2,000 gallons per day.
With advanced membrane materials and an economical design, the systems are suited to effectively reprocess rinse water from inspection applications using fluorescent dyes.
