New Method Steel Stamps’ model 6000 bar marker is designed for marking the full bar length of hex, round and square barstock from 7/16" to 2" before machining parts from the bar in a screw machine or turning center. Typical parts include fittings, spud orifices and flow controllers. Bars can be marked on one through six sides either while being straightened from coil or after cutting to bar lengths.
The model 6000 bar marker is mounted on locking casters and can be moved to the stock. This helps eliminate wasted floorspace. The marker features manual load, with auto feed at 2 ft. per sec., and it can be customized for special shapes. Marking depths are adjustable.
