Designed to reduce the time needed to complete a 3D model, VX Corporation's ReadySketch is a library of predefined, fully dimensioned and constrained sketches included in VX CAD/CAM. Organized on a tab-deck menu, the product features a variety of 2D sketches of often-used industrial shapes that can be combined to make 3D models.
Several specialized sketches provide hole array targets and other hard-to-find details, including as combing/corrugation, lattice curves and packaging slots. In addition, users can make modifications in 3D model space rather than going back to sketch mode.
