Dillon Manufacturing offers cast aluminum (356-T6) full-grip jaws eith diameters ranging to 24". The wrap-around top jaws apply minimum force for thin-walled parts, and they distribute the gripping pressure over the workpiece surface to maintain repetitive accuracy. The jaws reduce distortion and provide more friction for drive during turning operations, the company says.

The jaws fit chuck sizes range from 6" to 24" in diameter, with standard and extra-high jaws also available. The jaws also can be adapted to mount both manual and power chucks.
