NCO housings provide large dirt-holding capacity combined with a rugged design rated to 150 psi, the company says. They incorporate a hinged, eye nut cover that is designed to be easily removed to reduce time spent on bag or cartridge change-out. With their unistyle design (side and bottom outlet), the housings are said to offer versatility for virtually any piping arrangement. Two connection sizes are available for both bag and cartridge filters.
The housings are electropolished to create a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. They can be customized with several options, including gages and swatches. A variety of filter bags or cartridges (rated 0.5 micron absolute to 100 microns nominal) can also be used. The permanently piped, carbon or stainless steel housings feature covers that are O-ring sealed; 1 ½" or 2" NPT inlet and outlet; ¼" NPT vent connection; and an adjustable leg assembly.
