View MorePaxton Products, an ITW company, offers its ionized air system as a cost-efficient alternative to ionized compressed air and water-rinsing systems where static removal is needed. The system removes dust and particulates by accelerating air through a high-efficiency 15,000-rpm centrifugal blower. The high-velocity air is filtered and ionized, then directed onto or into the workpiece through targeted nozzles. The ionized air neutralizes the static charge that can cause dirt to cling to products, releasing debris and leaving a clean surface.
