The company’s Groove ‘N Turn inserts can be used for grooving, face grooving, threading and turning. These inserts are specifically designed for applications requiring the ability to both groove and turn. The grooving and face grooving tools are available in sizes 0.004” through 0.150,” in increments of 0.001”. Face grooving tools have diameters starting at 0.300”. Threading tools can produce eight threads per inch and greater. All inserts feature the capability of working against a shoulder; are compatible with existing Littlebit toolholders; and are constructed from two grades of impact resistant, sub-micron grain carbide or steel.

 

Custom geometries including radius, lead angles, modified threading and clearance angles are available.
