Innovative Engineered Solutions Launches Electric Saw Line
Innovative Engineered Solutions’ line of quick-change electric upcut tube saws compliments the company's growing portfolio of green technology solutions.
Innovative Engineered Solutions Inc. (iES) has launched its new line of electric upcut tube saws. These saws compliment the company’s other green technology products, which include all-electric sizers and servo presses. The electric upcut tube saw product line includes two standard models: the eRB80 TS is capable of cutting tubes up to 80 mm in diameter, while the eRB150 TS is capable of sawing tubes up to 150 mm in diameter. iES designed the saws with quick-change mounting for rapid changeover of tube fixtures.
Operators can control saws from this product line with a standard Allen Bradley or an optional Siemens PLC/HMI, and both saws couple an electric actuator for the sawblade with pneumatic clamping. The digital, Ethernet-based control system includes advanced diagnostics, maintenance reminders and production information.
