High Speed Abraisive Wheels

A new line of cotton fiber T1 abrasive wheels that feature fiberglass reinforcement to permit high speed operation in die grinders is being introduced by the company.
The abrasive wheels are made from non-woven cotton fabric with aluminum oxide abrasives (silicon carbide optional) that are laminated, pressed and bonded together with fiberglass reinforcement. Designed for high speed die grinders, they are offered with a soft bond for light deburring and finishing and a hard bond for deburring with long life.
Featuring 4 grit sizes: coarse, medium, fine, and very fine, they are available in 2", 2 1/2" and 3" diameter sizes by 1/16", 1/8", and 1/4" thickness and a 1/4" or 3/8" bore. They are rated for 28,000, 24,000 and 20,000 rpm, respectively.
